At Eternalperfumeoils, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened and unused products.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the perfume oils are in their original, unopened glass vials and secure them in the original protective packaging to prevent leakage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your chosen exchange.
